Terms of service
These terms govern use of the web accessibility widget and related services offered by ADDAW via addaw.org and the management panel. By registering, subscribing or installing the code on your site, you accept the version published at that time.
Service description
ADDAW provides software (script or plugin) that the customer embeds to offer visitors accessibility-related tools (display adjustments, navigation or other features depending on the product version). The service may include a panel for configuration, documentation and, depending on the plan, aggregated statistics.
Acceptable use
- The customer is responsible for installation on authorised domains and for compliance applicable to their site.
- You must not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to compromise ADDAW’s or third parties’ security, abuse infrastructure or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.
- You must not improperly remove legal notices or required attribution.
Account security
Panel access may require registration. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and actions under your account.
Pricing and plans
Economic conditions, limits and included features depend on the plan in force, as published on the site or agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Software, documentation and ADDAW trademarks are protected. Unless expressly licensed, no ownership is transferred—only the right to use the service as contracted.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The widget is an aid. It does not guarantee compliance with accessibility laws for your site and does not replace a professional audit. To the extent permitted by law, ADDAW is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Total annual liability, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence or where mandatory law provides otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service in the twelve months before the event.
Suspension and termination
ADDAW may suspend the service for material breach or security risk. You may stop using the service and remove the script at any time. After termination, you must cease use of the provided code except as expressly allowed.
Changes
ADDAW may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after effective date may constitute acceptance.
Governing law
Unless mandatory rules say otherwise, Spanish law applies. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights.
